FAMILY WORKSHOP / Painting
in The Park

Experience abstract painting beyond the studio! Get inspired by the reflection of Dan Graham’s Triangle Bridge Over Water (1990), in the creek or the tall, green forest behind Alexander Liberman’s The Way (1972-80). Bring home a family masterpiece that will remind you of a creative summer afternoon at the Park.

Ages 4 to 12, with a favorite grownup / Saturday, May 18 / 1–3 p.m. / $45

MAKERS NIGHT / Ceramic Amphibians with Anne Morgan

Leap into the studio for a fun and informative clay workshop with local ceramicist artist, Anne Morgan. Learn how to form a life-like amphibian creature from a single lump of clay. Experiment with textures and underglazes that will bring your new cold-blooded friend to life! Discuss important environmental issues such as human impact on waterways and other bodies of water – the homes of these important specimens. Display your new friend on your patio or home as a reminder to always do your part!

Ages 16+ / Wednesday, May 22 / 6–9 p.m. / $58
